The challenge in this project was to create a distinct landscape identity within the minimal frontage setback and the roof top terrace.

On the terrace the swimming pool is placed against a feature wall, camouflaging the presence of the chillers. Pergolas above the alfresco seating are designed to create a sense of enclosure within the terrace. Mistifiers are integrated in the pergolas to lessen the searing summer heat and extend the usable period. The lawn functions as a spillover space for group soirees. Safety along the terrace ledge is ensured with planters and raised parapet walls. Austere yet sculptural planting is achieved with the use of plumerias, dracaenas and raphis Palms.
